Kayaking Time, and the Hand

July 23rd, 2007 | No Comments | Posted in WNY Fishing, WNY Kayaking

Well, it’s been a rough month.  My hand is finally healed to the point where I can probably paddle, but now it’s a question of having the time.  I will be in Maine this upcoming weekend, although I’m flying, so I’ll have to rent a yak if I’m going to go out.

I’ve been very busy with the launch of my affiliate marketing program management firm, eVendition, so that’s cut into the water time as well.

With any luck, I’ll be back kayaking on the home WNY waters in the next few weeks, and sharing some info at that point.

I’ve really been mulling over fall kayaking on Oak Orchard and 18 Mile Creek for browns, steelhead and salmon.  Anyone out there have any luck with this?

Dry Dock

Well, I’ve been in Human Dry Dock lately.  Between injuring two fingers and being unable to paddle, and a fortuitous but heavy workload, it’s been tough for me to get out lately.

Maybe this weekend?
