		<description>Cliff,  Just to clarify your comment, are you saying that the creek is not navigable because it because you couldn&#039;t reasonably paddle a canoe or kayak through it or do you mean it is not navigable simply because you own both sides of the creek?</description>

		<description>Well, letter of the law (by NY State standards), you should be able to paddle it.  HOWEVER, a No Boats posting is different than a Posted sign in many respects.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I wouldn&#039;t risk it without calling someone about it first.</description>

And no boats means no boats.
